Minimum 6 month Valid Passport from the journey date & 2 copies of PP size photograph. A normal health certificate from your personal doctors & travel insurance coverage for medicine, evacuation, loss of belongings and trip cancellation are strongly recommended.
Bring with you:
Strong water bottle/ Thermal flask, Sun Glasses, Sun Cream, Torch Light with extra batteries, Mask, Paper Soap, Toilet paper, chocolates, dry food, Glucose, Walking Stick, Your own regular medicine etc.
Casual wears & comfortable trekking shoes, warm clothing for nights & mornings (strictly no saris), Raincoats, Fleece Jacket, Thermal inner wear, warm trousers and shirts, woolen gloves, Balaclava, Sun Hat, Woolen socks(some pears), scarves.
Travel insurance coverage for rescue & evacuation, Medical treatment, loss of belongings and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
Since Kailash Manasarovar is at very high altitude, one should be appropriately equipped with proper paraphernalia and adequate medical checkups. Since it is a high altitude pilgrimage, Yatris are requested to consult family physician and get the following tests done-E.C.G., Blood Pressure, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar etc.
Apart from all these tests, the pilgrims are advised to start morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise in order to be in physically fit condition.

Note: Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary but please keep in mind this is adventure travel in a remote mountain region. Weather conditions, availability of porters and the health of travelers can all contribute to changes. The guides and the Sherpa assistants will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.


Upon arrival in Kathmandu International airport in Kathmandu, meet your local guide and transfer to the hotel. At the hotel lobby there will be a short briefing about the tour whilst you are having welcome drinks. Passports will be collected for the finalisation of China visas and Tibet entry permits.  Later you can retire to the allocated rooms for much deserved shower and rest – evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Visit Pashupatinath Temple & Budhanilakantha (Sleeping Vishnu) in the morning. Afternoon final preparation for the Yatra.

Drive to Syabrubesi which is nearest town from Tibet Border. We will have lunch on the way. Syabrubesi is situated lap of the mountain so you can have beautiful view from your Hotel.

After the breakfast at Hotel drive to RasuwaGadi (Nepal-China border) about 30m drive. After completing custom formalities, check into Tibet. Drive to a small Tibetan town called Kyirong (25km/ 01 hour drive).

We spend a rest day at Kyirong today in order to acclimatize before heading up higher. After breakfast walk nearby village.

After breakfast drive to Saga about 03 hrs drive. You can roam around the city and purchase necessary items. Overnight at Hotel.

Early morning after having breakfast drive to Chui Gomba/Mansarovar. Packed lunch will served on the way. You can take holy bath on the way in Mansarovar. Overnight at Guest House.

You can take a holy bath & perform Puja. After lunch drive to Darchen about 01 hrs drive. Darchen is the Base camp of Mount Kailash.

We will drive about 08 km to Yamadwar. This is the first day of Kailash Parikrama (Kora). Yaks will carry all our kitchen goods and equipments.

Cross the Dolma-La Pass which is about 5630 meters above sea level. Due to unpredictable weather, it is important to start as early as possible. We can see Gaurikund Lake on the way. Night stay at Guest House/Lodge.

We will trek down to Darchen and start our way back to Kathmandu following the same route.

Drive back to Kyirong about 05 hours. This is the last night staying in Tibet.

Early morning, after having light breakfast drive to RasuwaGadi. After completing custom formalities drive to Kathmandu.

Last day of the tour, transfer to the Airport to connect to your flight for onward Journey.
